You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Valid plumbing license or certification recognized in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and use testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines.
• Diagnose plumbing problems using testing equipment and implement appropriate solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to coordinate work.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent.
• Communicate progress with clients and manage timelines.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.

This is a pivotal position within our Trades & Services division, where you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality plumbing solutions to our clients across Pasay City, Metro Manila. As an augmented team member, you will contribute directly to our operational excellence and help us maintain our reputation for reliable and professional plumbing services. This contract position offers flexibility whilst allowing you to work on diverse projects and expand your professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines
• Diagnose plumbing problems using testing equipment and implement appropriate solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand plumbing requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members on job sites to coordinate work efforts
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on projects
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding work progress, timelines, and any issues encountered
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency plumbing situations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a plumber with demonstrated expertise in residential and/or commercial plumbing work
• Valid plumbing license or certification recognised in the Philippines
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing testing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments and challenging conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Valid identification and ability to comply with site safety requirements
• Preferred: Experience with specialised plumbing systems such as water treatment or commercial installations
