Responsibilities
Plumbing Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and drainage systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions. Install and repair gas lines and related appliances (if qualified and licensed). Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and perform preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe.
Customer Service: Interact with tenants, employees, or customers in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members. Provide clear and concise explanations of plumbing and maintenance issues.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a safe and clear work environment.
Qualifications
