Job Summary:

The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within the Bonchon commissary and store branches. This role ensures proper water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems to support food safety standards and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures
• Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid leaks, clogs, and system failures
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform timely repairs
• Install and maintain sinks, faucets, toilets, grease traps, and water lines used in food preparation areas
• Clear clogged drains and ensure proper wastewater disposal
• Monitor water pressure and identify irregularities
• Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies to minimize operational disruption
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and repair reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with maintenance team and commissary staff regarding repairs and upgrades

Qualifications:
