Qualifications

• Installation & Assembly: Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes (copper, PVC, steel) using specialized hand and power tools.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Inspect plumbing and drainage systems to locate the source of leaks, blockages, and malfunctions using cameras or pressure gauges.
• Repair & Maintenance: Clear blocked drains, unclog toilets, and mend or replace burst or worn-out pipe sections. Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, gas, and fire sprinkler systems.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret building blueprints and schematics to determine the optimal layout for plumbing and water supply lines.
