Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Production Team Leader for its manufacturing operations at FPIP, Sto Tomas Batangas. The role focuses on leading and coordinating production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the plating line.

You will supervise operators, drive continuous improvement, and train staff to meet production targets. The successful candidate has a degree or vocational background, prior experience in production supervision, strong organizational and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Vocational graduate in a relevant field.
• Experience in production supervision or team leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plating processes and chemical monitoring.
• Ability to train, discipline, and motivate production operators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operators on the plating line.
• Monitor process parameters and chemical levels.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and training to staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QA for continuous improvement.
