Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines invites an entry‑level professional to join our team as an Automation & Documentation Associate to automate and analyze platform documents, and to support testing of the automated transaction engine.

You will define automation strategies, ensure testability, and coordinate with fund administrators for onboarding and fulfillment. A Bachelor’s degree and <1 year in finance are required, with SQL/Java scripting and Adobe Pro familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• Entry level with <1 year in finance.
• Proficient scripting with SQL and Java.
• Experience with Adobe Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate and analyze Infinit-O platform subscription, transfer, and redemption documents
• Maintain and update all documents hosted on the Infinit-O platform (i.e. share class supplements, disclosure forms, etc.)
• Perform qualitative testing of automated transaction engine documentation (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, account maintenance, etc.)
• Define automation strategy, ensure testability, and relentlessly pursue automation
• Serve as liaison between Infinit-O and fund administrators for all product onboarding and fulfillment kit management
• Consult on Technology, Operations, & Client Service initiatives for proper legal compliance
• Ad hoc requests determined based on capacity, skill, and interests.
