You will follow corporate style guides and support client presentations with clean data sets, while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of related experience, strong English, and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume data extraction, format conversion, and workpaper translation from legacy accounting documents into the Field guide platform ecosystem.
• Perform systematic prompt tracking and record precise behavioral variations during iterative AI agent calibration runs.
• Apply standardized corporate style guides to financial statement production layers, resolving layout anomalies across various client instances.
• Maintain and update synthetic sales demo files to ensure clean data sets are constantly available to support live client presentations.

Quality & Information Security Management

• Adhere to and implement Infinit-O’s quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.

• Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).

• Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security.
• Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
• Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects.

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Must clear Infinit-O’s proprietary screening metrics for absolute data entry accuracy, tabular data manipulation, and English language comprehension. Proven capability to execute repetitive, high-volume data extraction tasks across multi-layered document formats while maintaining an exceptionally low error rate.
• Proficiency in navigating spreadsheet structures, database management systems, and specialized financial tech platform configurations.

• Have excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• One (1) to two (2) years of foundational experience in accounting support, book-keeping, data aggregation, or generalized back-office process execution.
