Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of plant utility systems at its Canlubang, Laguna facility. You will perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and utility equipment to ensure reliability.

Qualified candidates hold an Engineering/Industrial Technology degree with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and are capable of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Graduate of an Engineering or Industrial Technology-related program.
At least one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food production industry.
Background in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial utility systems such as material handling equipment, boiler systems, compressed air systems, water treatment, and wastewater treatment facilities.
Familiar with maintenance activities involving production and utility equipment.
Capable of supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related maintenance tasks.
Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require handling tools, equipment, and materials.
Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Monitor, inspect, and support the upkeep of plant utility systems, including refrigeration, compressed air, electrical power, and steam distribution systems.
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance activities for production, utility, and support equipment to ensure operational reliability.
Gather and maintain equipment information such as model details, ratings, and operating data to support maintenance planning and asset records.
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and condition-monitoring activities to help maximize equipment performance.
Diagnose equipment issues, perform corrective actions, and assist in identifying root causes of recurring operational concerns.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Help ensure all plant facilities and utility systems remain in safe and efficient operating condition.
Promote a safe working environment by following established safety practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
