Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. in Libmanan, Camarines Sur seeks a Plant Supervisor (Wind) to lead wind farm operations and maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and optimal generation. You will supervise the site team, coordinate with contractors and OEMs, and work with the Plant Manager to meet availability targets. Requirements: Engineering degree (ME/EE/CE), 3+ years in renewables, licensed engineer, and GWO certification.

• In this role you will lead wind turbine generator operations and maintenance.
• Experience in renewable energy and wind farms is required.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset are essential.

As Plant Supervior , you will be responsible for leading the wind farm’s efforts towards the efficient implementation and proper execution of plant operations whilst establishing sound stakeholder engagement between external contacts and therefore maintaining industry standard availability, reliability and plant efficiency factors or higher and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Plant Manager to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of WTGs and BOP equipment
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while achieving availability and generation targets.
• Lead and develop the site team and coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and OEMs.
• Monitor plant performance and implement actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
