Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Solid knowledge of machine operations, electro-mechanical systems, and basic equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Process Flow Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time process flows and regulate system operations to meet production targets safely.
• Utilities Maintenance: Maintain and oversee industrial cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Compressor & Line Care: Perform routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of air compressors; inspect and clean equipment lines to prevent clogging and operational delays.
• Operational Support: Assist in general line maintenance and perform hands-on troubleshooting whenever required on the floor.
