Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related)
• 3–5 years experience in Engineering maintenance, facility management and plant operations
• Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge on Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
• Knowledge on Wastewater treatment plant operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Technicians and Maintenance personnel.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor the operations and conditions of Plant equipment, machinery, utilities and facilities.
• Troubleshoot technical and mechanical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the use and inventory of engineering materials, parts and tools.
• Coordination with contractor, suppliers and external service provider.
• Assist in preparation of Engineering budget and control maintenance cost.
• Train, guide and evaluate engineering and maintenance personnel.
