Brent Express Build Inc. in Tarlac is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing activities.

You will supervise production, maintenance, quality control, warehouse and logistics to hit targets and maintain safety standards. The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing with a managerial background, plus knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing operations with managerial experience.
• Experience in LPG cylinder production preferred.
