Job summary

AXELUM RESOURCES CORP. (Medina Plant, Misamis Oriental) seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance team and ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment.

The role focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and uphold regulatory standards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a PRC license or Master Electrician, and 3–5 years in manufacturing electrical maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer or Registered Master Electrician.
• 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors and control systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and programs.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain power distribution systems and utilities.
• Manage maintenance schedules, resources, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and electricians.
• Coordinate with other departments for maintenance and project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
