Role Overview
- Implements effective operation and maintenance of assigned Work Center's utility equipment and systems ensuring effective, reliable and efficient electrical utility system operations according to design specifications and requirements while complying with cGMP regulations, good engineering practices, and safety and environmental regulations
- Provides support to the Maintenance Admin Team in the preparation of detailed work instructions for maintenance activities
- Oversees day to day operations of accredited 3rd party service provider(s) vis-à-vis Service Level Agreements
- Plans, designs and implements minor facilities construction and improvement projects while ensuring compliance to project documentation requirements as per SOP to ensure timely project completion within cost and quality parameters to support production requirements
- Reviews Purchase Requisition of materials, spare parts, supplies and contract-out jobs. Supports the maintenance admin in completing scopes of works for contract-out jobs to ensure timely replenishment of appropriate and compliant maintenance parts/supplies
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
- With 1-2 years of work experience in electrical design and electrical power systems
- With experience on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of plant utilities in FMCG, Semiconductor, Pharma or Food Industry
