A leading auditing firm in the Philippines is seeking candidates for an internal audit position that involves inventory auditing and operational compliance. Candidates should ideally be college graduates of a business course and willing to work on Sundays and perform fieldwork. This role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to start their careers in auditing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform internal Audit Function on operations, inventory, and showroom accountability.
• Protect company assets against fraud and theft.
• Ensure compliance with management rules and policies.
• Verify the accuracy of records through checking documents and inventory.
• Travel to various locations for inventory audits.
• Report discrepancies and suspicious activities to head office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform internal Audit Function, particular on operation, inventory and showroom accountability
• Protect company assets against fraud and theft
• Ensure the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management
• Verify and check the accurateness of records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such;
• Travel to various location (showrooms ,plants ,sub warehouse and other location to perform inventory and other accountability audit
• Check on the correctness of declaration on cash and other cash item, Inventories, back-loads, under fill, buffer stock etc.
• Report to head office any discrepancies(shortage),theft, suspicious activities and other unfavorable circumstances for the company
