Responsibilities
Perform internal Audit Function, particular on operation, inventory and showroom accountability
Protect company assets against fraud and theft
Ensure the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management
Verify and check the accurateness of records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such;
Travel to various location (showrooms, plants, sub warehouse and other location to perform inventory and other accountability audit
Check on the correctness of declaration on cash and other cash item, Inventories, back-loads, under fill, buffer stock etc.
Report to head office any discrepancies (shortage), theft, suspicious activities and other unfavorable circumstances for the company
