Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work as part of the FAST team, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service in-store.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain visual standards, and complete store layout and price tasks with accuracy. Prior retail/merchandising experience is required, HS diploma preferred, and duties may include other store support duties as assigned.

• Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA.
• Greet the Customer

• Ask for the Sale
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
