Job summary

Responsibilities

• Update and implement the strategic plan of the agency
• Monitor, evaluate, and report progress of ongoing initiatives, and assess performance
• Assist in budget proposals and implementation
• Implement continuous improvement in planning processes
• Draft memoranda, guidelines and other policy and planning matters
• Ensure compliance with government agencies reportorial requirements
• Establish/improve and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Planning and Policy Division Head
