Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a professional to lead and guide the PM&M officers in performing their duties.

You will plan, schedule, and manage maintenance requirements for the aircraft, engine, and components across the fleet, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and strategic alignment. You will drive project management disciplines, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and IT teams, and forecast workload to optimize resources and hangar space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in aviation or aerospace.
• Experience in project management and maintenance planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the PM&M officer/s in their duties.
• Plan, schedule, and manage aircraft, engine and components maintenance for fleet.
• Ensure project setup, ramp-up, execution and closure within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Apply project management disciplines: resources, cost, schedule, risks/opportunities, changes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance program, engineering, manufacturing, finance, IT, and suppliers as needed.
• Forecast maintenance workload and manage hangar space and project completion in coordination with MRO Manager and Head of Operations.
• Review work packages for accuracy and proper approvals before release.
• Maintain customer relationships and demonstrate visible leadership on projects.
• Support & Sales during the offer phase.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the PM&M officer/s in the performance of their duties.


• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and management of the aircraft, engine and components maintenance requirements of fleet.


• Ensure project set-up, ramp-up, execution and closure within time, cost and quality/performance/strategic requirements.


• Ensure project management disciplines: allocation of resources, cost/budget, elaboration, monitoring and control of projects schedule, project monitoring and control, management of risks/opportunities and change, necessary documentation.


• Responsible and alignment of projects: maintenance program, engineering, manufacturing, finance, IT, including suppliers when relevant.


• Forecast the schedule for aircraft maintenance requirements in accordance with aircraft configuration & Airbus Helicopters Maintenance Program and constant adjustment of workload hangar space and feasibility and completion of project(s) in conjuction with MRO Manager and Head of Operations.


• Review of all work packages from Team for accuracy, cleanliness, proper signature, dates, revisions, and references before issuance of work done report for return to service or maintenance release.


• Ensure internal or external customer relationship when relevant.


• Ensure visible leadership on the project including communication and team engagement aspects.


• Contributes to Support & Sales during the offer phase.
