Overview

PK audit team leader is responsible for leading a team of PK auditors to drive the activities in ensuring the implementation of Pika Pika guideline and 3 points management in order to create strong manufacturing site.

Minimum Requirements

Completed 2 years in College/ Bachelor’s Degree (Business Courses)

With at least 2 year experience in Electronics, and Semicon industry with auditing experience

Technical Competence

• Organize and coordinate the daily activities of PK auditors on the audit areas
• Assign audit tasks and ensure all audits are completed according to schedule and quality standards
• Review audit reports, non-conformance findings, and corrective actions for accuracy and completeness
• Train and mentor PK team members on inspection methods and standards based on PK guideline
• Escalate major non-conformances, recurring issues, and concerns for determination of actions
• Proactively promotes PK activities, and check the compliance of production and support groups to PK quality requirements through audit.
