Agentic Trainers seeks an experienced operations professional to design and supervise AI agent workflows, map responsibilities, and build dashboards that quantify speed, quality, cost, and revenue. You will train agents from job descriptions, create operating instructions, and ensure reliable, auditable outputs across a growing AI-powered team.

You’ll test bots, establish quality checks, and determine when human review is required, partnering with leadership to prioritize builds and scale the AI

Competenze

• 4 to 8 years in operations, process improvement, automation or similar.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Excellent written English.
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work while we’re remote.
• Nice to have: BPO/shared-services transformation experience.
• Nice to have: e-commerce or SMB operations exposure.
• Nice to have: track record of building something from zero.

Mansioni

• Map the business into clear workflows with owners, inputs, outputs and failure points.
• Write the job descriptions and operating instructions for each AI agent, then train and supervise it.
• Train and beta test the bots, score outputs and fix what breaks.
• Build dashboards that track speed, quality, cost and revenue.
• Decide where a human must review or override the AI.
• Think through ideas with me and help decide what to build first.
• Build live-reporting dashboards that clients use to monitor AI agents.
