• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; check quality and report damages or discrepancies
• Prepare items for issuance or order fulfillment, including picking and staging to correct locations
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure reconciliation in different systems
• Update and maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, picking lists, and material issue documentation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and observe good 5S practices for safety and organization
• With complete mandatories (SSS PAGIBIG PHILHEALTH NBI)
