Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver assessment, planning and review of physiotherapy services across multiple settings.

You will work with patients to develop and promote exercise and mobility programmes tailored to individual needs. The role involves monitoring progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, supervising junior staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Physiotherapy or relevant field.
• Valid AHPC registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning and review physiotherapy services according to patients’ individual needs.
• Develop and promote exercise and mobility programmes to maintain or enhance patients’ functional abilities.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans where necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Conduct and participate in orientation, in-service training, and educational programmes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior physiotherapy staff in their clinical practice.
• Stay updated on evidence-based practices, physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.
• Educate and advise patients and caregivers on self-management and recovery strategies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
