Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Physiotherapy with AHPC full registration.
• Experience in acute and community physiotherapy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and review physiotherapy services based on patient needs.
• Promote exercise and mobility programmes to maintain/improve function.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support self-management.
