Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist in the Philippines to assess, plan, and deliver individualized physiotherapy services. You will promote mobility programs, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

The role requires AHPC full registration and involves supervising junior staff, participating in training, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy with AHPC full registration.
• Experience in providing physiotherapy services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, deliver, and review physiotherapy services based on patients' needs.
• Develop and promote exercise and mobility programmes to maintain or improve functional abilities.
• Monitor patients' progress and update treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
• Lead orientation and in-service training sessions.
• Supervise junior physiotherapy staff in clinical practice.

• Educate patients and caregivers to encourage self-management and recovery.

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess, plan, deliver, and review physiotherapy services based on patients' individual needs.

• Develop and promote exercise and mobility programmes to maintain or improve patients' functional abilities.

• Monitor patients' progress and update treatment plans when required.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.

• Conduct and participate in orientation, in-service training, and educational programmes.

• Guide and supervise junior physiotherapy staff in their clinical practice.

• Keep up to date with evidence-based practices, physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.

• Educate and advise patients and caregivers to encourage self-management and recovery.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support departmental objectives.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Physiotherapy with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) full registration.
