Job summary

You will explain treatment plans, perform therapies, and guide patients in self-care while developing treatment plans, teaching exercises, maintaining records, and ensuring supplies, with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Explains treatment plans and performs Physical Therapy procedures to patients
• Facilitates patients' responsibility for self-care
• Develops a treatment plan by selecting appropriate interventions
• Teaches patients how to properly use and execute therapeutic exercise techniques
• Maintains patients' records and keeps track of goals and progress
• Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies
• Submits census report every month
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
