Job summary

Axis Physiotherapy in Pasig City is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and help restore function after injury or illness. Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT) required.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (Board Passer).
Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
Create customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Document patient evaluations, treatment, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
