Manager for Physical Asset Security (PAS)
The Manager for Physical Asset Security (PAS) is responsible for:
- Building and sustaining a proactive PAS management culture.
- Providing functional leadership in PAS.
- Ensuring that effective governance and programs are established and continuously improved in AP.
- Providing oversight and advisory functions on the effective implementation at business and functional levels to ensure alignment of purpose and consistency in management approach.
- Promoting the professional development of functional leads in PAS.
- Ensuring that the management program aligns with business objectives and goals.
- Developing practicable performance measures and targets to achieve short and medium-term goals in PAS.
- Creating programs to address requirements for PAS improvement.
- Overseeing the conformance and compliance of Business Units (BUs) with corporate, legal, and statutory requirements.
- Advising on due diligence studies to support business development initiatives on brownfield and greenfield projects regarding operational PAS risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in security management within multinational power generation, oil and gas, chemical, or related hazardous industries.
- Certified Security Professional or equivalent security management certification from reputable local or international organizations.
- Ability to assess security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, and to develop measures to address them.
- Ability to develop PAS programs and initiatives aligned with corporate strategy, legal, and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of developing, maintaining, and implementing ISPS requirements.
