JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review patient medical records and documentation
• Assign accurate diagnosis codes based on medical records (ICD codes)
• Ensure compliance with risk adjustment coding guidelines and standards
• Identify and capture all relevant chronic and acute conditions
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity in coding tasks
• Work with internal teams to clarify documentation when needed
• Adhere to client and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active PHRN License
• Medical Coding License (CPC, CCS, etc.)
• At least 1 year Risk Adjustment Coding experience (Clinical / BPO / CPO setting)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
