Job summary

Integrated OS, located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, is seeking a Software Engineer to support legacy CRM systems and drive the Laravel CRM rebuild. You will work across both backend and frontend, designing APIs, writing migrations, and ensuring code quality with Docker-based environments and CI/CD practices.

The role requires hands-on PHP/Laravel, MySQL, and modern JS (React/Vue). You will collaborate with Australian colleagues and cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience with strong PHP.
• Hands-on Laravel experience, REST/JSON APIs, validation and auth.
• Solid MySQL or relational DB skills, including design and performance tuning.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals; React or Vue experience highly regarded.
• HTML5/CSS3, responsive layouts; Git/Bitbucket familiarity.
• Understanding of MVC, OOP, API integration, testing and maintainable design.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Linux or CI/CD is an advantage.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and a proactive learning mindset.
• UI/UX awareness; portfolio or examples of improvements welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Legacy CRM maintenance and support: fix bugs, data issues, and incidents.
• Develop new modules for Laravel-based CRM rebuild and design REST APIs.
• Write migrations, seeds, models, and application logic; document changes.
• Implement frontend components using current JS libraries and frameworks.
• Participate in design discussions and highlight risks early.
• UI/UX improvements: navigation, layout, forms, accessibility, usability.
• AI-assisted development: verify AI suggestions and avoid exposing credentials.
• CI/CD and Docker-based development; secure coding and collaboration with teams.
