Snappr, the world’s leading on-demand marketplace for visual content, seeks a Photo Quality Reviewer (QA) in Ortigas. You will ensure every photo meets high standards of quality and creativity by reviewing submissions from photographers and guiding edits.

You will collaborate with the editing team, monitor quality metrics, and help develop guidelines to maintain consistency across visuals, supporting Snappr's rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in photography, photo editing, or QA roles.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to give constructive feedback clearly and professionally.
• Proficient with English (written and spoken).
• Onsite in Ortigas, Philippines.

About the role:

As a Photo Quality Reviewer (QA) on this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every photo delivered to our customers meets Snapprs high standards of quality and creativity. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of visual aesthetics will directly impact the customer experience and contribute to Snapprs rapid growth.

What youll do:

• Review and assess photos submitted by photographers to ensure they meet Snapprs quality standards
• Provide constructive feedback to photographers to help them improve their work
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual content
• Monitor and maintain quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Assist in developing and updating quality guidelines and best practices
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction
• Hustle - take ownership of Snapprs growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What youll need:

• 2-3 years of experience in photography, photo editing, or quality assurance roles
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a clear and professional manner
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A "lets get it done" mindset
• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
