Snappr is looking for a Photo Editing Associate to enhance photos from worldwide shoots. Your contributions will vitalize our customers' photography experience while supporting Snappr's growth.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in English, possess skills in photo editing and Adobe software, and can handle editing large volumes of images. This position provides numerous benefits including fixed monthly compensation, transportation allowances, health insurance, and equity options.

About the role

As a Photo Editing Associate, you will be challenged to bring out the full potential of all the photoshoots completed by our partner photographers worldwide. Your impact on delivering vibrant, standout galleries to our customers and giving them an incredible booking experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide. You’ll directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact – ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories.

What you’ll do

• Edit photos that were taken by photographers on shoots all over the world
• Use Lightroom and Photoshop to bring out the full potential of every image
• Be fast and be good
• Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting photographers worldwide
• Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you’ll need

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with professional photography and photo editing
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of quality
• Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• A "let's get it done" mindset
