Job description

Enhance and generate images using Photoshop, Lightroom, and AI tools as part of Snappr’s Manila team, supporting global visual content projects.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Using Photoshop and Lightroom to bring out the full potential of every image
• Utilizing the latest AI technology to produce and/or enhance high-quality images
• Editing photos taken by photographers on shoots worldwide
• Helping Snappr expand to new markets by enhancing and optimizing visual content
• Adapting to shifting job duties in a start-up environment based on customer needs
• Taking ownership of Snappr's growth and contributing to team success

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• An artistic eye for enhancing AI-generated images, ensuring high quality and alignment with project goals.
• Experience with AI image generation (familiarity with OpenAI, Stability AI, Adobe AI) is a plus.
• Creative experience in photography, multimedia arts, film, visual arts, or related fields is a bonus.
• Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• PHP 25,000 – PHP 33,000 monthly on-target earnings (including performance pay)
