Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Phlebotomist for onsite blood collection at Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Role requires active Medical Technologist license and a Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates with strong blood extraction experience are welcome.

Shifting schedule from 6am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Onsite work in a clinical setting with emphasis on infection control and safe disposal of biohazard materials.

Role: Phlebotomist (Blood extraction ONLY)

Target Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Shifting (Clinic hours 6am - 10pm) (Monday – Sunday)

Work Setup and Location: Onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City)

Requirements:

• Must have active Medical Technologist license
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply – as long as they have strong experience with blood extraction

Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials
• Understanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collection
• Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements

Skills:

• Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling
• Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting
• Ability to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactions
• Has good communication and people skills
