Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Phlebotomist (Blood extraction) for an onsite clinic in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Requires a licensed Medical Technologist with Bachelor’s degree and blood collection experience.

Shifting schedule (6am–10pm), Monday–Sunday, onsite. Fresh graduates with strong blood extraction skills are welcome to apply. Proficient venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling are essential in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; must be licensed and registered Medical Technologist.
• Fresh graduates welcome if they have strong blood extraction experience.
• Infection control, hygiene and safe disposal of sharps and biohazards.

Role: Phlebotomist (Blood extraction ONLY)

Target Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Shifting (Clinic hours 6am - 10pm) (Monday – Sunday)

Work Setup and Location: Onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be a licensed and registered medical technologist
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply – as long as they have strong experience with blood extraction

Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials
• Understanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collection
• Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements

Skills:

• Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling
• Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting
• Ability to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactions
• Has good communication and people skills
