TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Bonifacio Technology Center site in Taguig. This onsite role requires handling venipuncture and specimen processing for a busy clinic, with shifting hours from early morning.

Fresh graduates with a valid Med-Tech license are welcome. The position emphasizes infection control, patient communication, and safe disposal of biohazard materials while delivering reliable sample collection.

Qualifications

• Education in Medical Laboratory Science or Phlebotomy.
• Must be licensed Phlebotomist or registered Medical Technologist.
• Med-Tech License is required for fresh grads.
• BLS certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharps and biohazards.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced clinic.

Schedule: Shifting (Clinic Operations 6am-10pm)

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of Medical Laboratory Science, Phlebotomy, or equivalent health sciences course
• License/Certifications: MUST HAVE Licensed Phlebotomist or Registered Medical Technologist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage
• OPEN TO FRESH GRADS WITH LICENSE: Med-Tech License is a MUST

Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials
• Understanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collection
• Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements

Skills:

• Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling
• Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting
• Ability to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactions
• Has good communication and people skills
