Job summary

Celltrion Group in the Philippines seeks a finance associate to assist in remittance proofs, keep accurate books, and support BIR submissions. You will handle cash disbursements, receipts, sales, purchases, and the general ledger, ensuring complete records.

Working with vendors and internal teams, you will prepare vendor data, alphalist, and 2307 documents, and help generate invoices and delivery receipts as transactions are validated.

Qualifications

• Assist in issuance of proof of remittance to vendors and collection of required invoices and BIR documents.
• Assist in maintaining accounting books and records including cash disbursement, cash receipts, sales, purchases, and general ledger files.
• Assist in preparing and encoding vendor information for quarterly BIR submissions, including QAP, SAWT, and SLSPI.
• Assist in preparing the annual alphalist of employees and vendors for BIR submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuance of sales invoices and delivery receipts based on validated sales transactions.
• Assist in monitoring and securing required BIR Form 2307 documents.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized accounting files including vouchers and supporting documents.
• Perform other Finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
