Job summary

E-xcited is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our international iGaming team and own the Philippines market. You will recruit and onboard partners, nurture relationships, and optimize traffic quality through CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

You will collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing and Analytics to maximize performance, monitor markets, and identify growth opportunities. Fully remote role with fast decisions and growth. English at least B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine affiliate market.
• Existing network of local affiliates and traffic partners.
• Experience with CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze partner performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners in the Philippines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, webmasters, streamers, influencers and other traffic partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnerships using CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize traffic quality and volumes.
• Analyze campaign results and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing and Analytics teams to maximize affiliate performance.
• Monitor the local market, competitors and emerging traffic sources.
