Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance systems and asset management.
- Strong leadership to coordinate maintenance teams and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of TPM, RCA, FMEA and other CI methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the maintenance pillar master plan and roadmap.
- Coach teams in PM methods, tools and standards.
- Standardize maintenance routines and optimize preventive/predictive programs.
- Ensure data-driven maintenance strategies aligned with failure history.
- Lead RCA and implement permanent corrective actions for chronic issues.
- Develop training programs for operators and technicians.
