Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a marketing enablement professional to create high-priority sales and growth materials for our pharmacy business, including presentations, decks, and collateral that drive growth, retention, and opportunities.

You will adapt content for field use, translate complex inputs into clear narratives, collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams, and ensure quality and reusability across assets in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, proposal support, product marketing, or a related business function
• Experience creating sales-facing or client-facing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, talking points, campaign materials, training content, or executive-ready collateral
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with demonstrated ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations and sales materials
• Sound judgment in knowing when to reuse existing content, when to customize, and when to elevate questions around accuracy, compliance, or positioning
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume queue of marketing, sales enablement, communications, or presentation deliverables with quick turnaround and consistent quality
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and stakeholder responsiveness
• Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-specific messaging
• Proven solid prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to balance urgent sales needs, multiple stakeholders, shifting deadlines, and quality expectations
• Proven solid attention to detail, including accuracy of proof points, version control, formatting, brand consistency, and message alignment
• Proven comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, Growth, product, clinical, operational, legal/compliance, and business partners

• Manage a high-volume queue of enablement deliverables with speed and quality
