Job summary

Southstar Drug is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant (Female) or PA Merchandiser (Male) to support the Store Head in daily operations of a retail drugstore. The role focuses on maintaining clean, organized spaces and ensuring proper stock receiving and merchandising.

Responsibilities include planogram implementation, good dispensing/storage practices, regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• At least senior high-school graduate with 6 months retail experience.
• Preferably fresh graduate of any degree / course.
• Basic MS Office Applications Skills and Knowledge.
• Good Housekeeping Skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Assistants and PA Merchandisers assist Pharmacists and Store Head in the day-to-day store operations of a retail drugstore.
• They will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized areas of the store and ensure proper receiving of stock deliveries or replenishments, product returns.
• Implement planograms / visual merchandising displays.
• Apply good dispensing and good storage practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and execute excellent customer service.
