Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Support pharmacist to assist with cashiering, customer service, and merchandising at the front end of the pharmacy. The role also covers back-end duties including receiving, stocking, expiry date checks, and medicine inventory management to ensure compliant operations.

You will operate the POS system, generate reports, and help implement planograms and visual displays while maintaining proper storage practices and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-end duties: cashiering, customer service, and merchandising.
• Back-end duties: receiving, stocking, organizing, checking expiry dates and inventory of medicines, ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards.
• Operate the POS system and manage reports.
• Implement planograms, maintain visual displays and proper storage practices.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, organized and follow SOPs.

Job description

1. Support pharmacist by handling front-end tasks like cashiering, customer service and merchandising

2. Perform back-end duties such as receiving, stocking, organizing, checking of expiry dates and inventory of medicines, all while ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards and referring complex drug questions to the pharmacist
