• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with computer-based tasks

Responsibilities

1. Receive and process client RFQs accurately and promptly.
2. Identify and source suppliers; initiate and complete supplier accreditation as necessary.
3. Provide clients with quotations, including appropriate mark-ups, based on market rates and company standards.
4. Propose suitable alternatives or replacement products when original items are unavailable, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
5. Maintain regular, professional communication with clients to update them on quotation status, delivery schedules, and order confirmations.
