Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or ICSR Processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• Professional license is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Perform case intake, data entry, and case book-in activities.
• Prepare and update safety case narratives.
• Utilize MedDRA and product coding.
• Perform quality reviews and case assessments.
• Manage workflow updates, case routing, and case closure.
• Support labeling and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and submission readiness.
• Maintain data accuracy within pharmacovigilance safety databases.

What You'll Do

Do You Have What It Takes?

Education

• Professional license is an advantage but not required

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or ICSR Processing
• Experience with Argus Safety, Veeva Safety, Oracle Argus, Safety Database Systems, or other PV platforms
