Job summary

Tasg Work in the Philippines is seeking a qualified pharmacovigilance professional for night-shift processing. The role starts in November 2026 and will begin with full onsite training in Taguig, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3x onsite per week) on production.

Responsibilities include case processing (book-in, data entry, narrative writing and coding), quality checks, and end-to-end workflow management in accordance with procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from listed healthcare/biology programs.
• 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance databases.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform case processing activities including book-in, data entry, narrative writing and coding.
• Conduct quality checks using QC tools and ensure complete documentation.
• Manage end-to-end case workflow including routing, closure, labeling per procedures and timelines.

Requirements:

• Educational Attainment - Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science, BS Biomedical Science, BS Molecular Biology, BS Pharmaceutical Chemistry, BS Nursing, BS Pharmacy
• 1 to 2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases: Argus OR Veeva Vault Safety or LSMV / Arisg or any other Pharmacovigilance safety database
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (3x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Perform case processing activities, including book-in, data entry, narrative writing (I-Narrative), and medical/product coding.
• Conduct quality checks using online QC tools, perform un-blinding (when required), and ensure completeness and accuracy of case documentation.
• Manage end-to-end case workflow, including case routing, case closure/lock, and labeling activities, including USPI labeling, in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
