Job summary

ICON Full Service & Corporate Support is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate in the Philippines with 2+ years of PV experience to monitor and ensure drug safety. The role involves collecting adverse event data, conducting signal detection, and supporting regulatory submissions in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days in Makati City.

The candidate should have a science/healthcare degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to quality and compliance in pharmacovigilance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance in all pharmacovigilance activities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x a week RTO in Makati City).

Responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing adverse event reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conducting signal detection and risk assessment activities to identify potential safety issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support safety-related inquiries and investigations.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices.
• Assisting in the preparation of safety reports and regulatory submissions.
