Job summary

CloudManila Philippines Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy graduate for the Proofreading (Quality Control Stage 1) role. You will review medical documents like PIL and SPC for accuracy before publication on live websites, ensuring safety and correctness.

Responsibilities include informing clients of identified errors, applying changes without compromising quality, and maintaining QC records. Hybrid setup with 4 onsite days and 1 WFH day; schedule Mon-Fri, 1PM–10PM or 3:30PM–12:30AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with active license.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Willingness to work in hybrid setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proofread medical documents (PIL, SPC) for accuracy and safety.
• Ensure on-screen documents match original company submissions (QC Stage 1).
• Inform clients of any errors identified and apply necessary changes.

Job description

Proof reading (Quality Control Stage 1) of medical documents such as Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) and Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) submitted by Pharmaceutical Companies for publishing in the live websites.

Ensures accuracy and safety of medicines information published on live web sites.

Informs the client and pharmaceutical companies of any errors identified during the QC process.

Ensures that necessary changes are applied to documents without compromising quality.

Ensures that the records of QC activities are kept for future reference.

Ensures that documents are correct on-screen and true to the original provided by the company (Quality Control Stage 2).

Graduate of B.S Pharmacy. Licensed

Should possess a good attention to details

With or without experience

Has the ability to work with minimal supervision

Hybrid work set up 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH in a week

Schedule Mon to Fri - 1PM to 10PM or 3:30PM to 12:30AM
