Job summary

Allegens Group is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote pharmaceutical products across the Philippines. You will visit pharmacies, clinics, doctors, and hospitals, promoting products and achieving sales targets.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage orders, coordinate with distributors, and monitor market trends while traveling frequently within the territory. A related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies, drugstores, clinics, doctors, and hospitals according to the assigned route plan.
• Introduce and promote company pharmaceutical products to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; ensure product visibility at points of sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; provide product information and training.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to fulfill orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and timely; monitor stock and payments.
• Report daily sales activities and performance; maintain required reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and develop new customers; monitor market trends and competitor activities.
