  • To develop trade business for the MOSRA Pharma Division.

Qualification

  • Must be for a Managerial Position, with strong Sales background, Willingness to travel, and Nationwide coverage (entire Philippines).
  • Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement. Common fields of study include biology, chemistry, pharmacology, pre-med, or business-related degrees like marketing or business administration.
  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable, and experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
  • A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical products being sold, including their mechanisms, uses, and potential side effects, is essential.
  • Understanding the business aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and competitive landscapes, is beneficial.
  • The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, new product launches, and evolving healthcare regulations is essential.
  • The role can be challenging, requiring persistence, a strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
