Job summary

SGS is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Pharma to uphold GMP standards, review change controls, and coordinate timely closures with owners, acting as site representative for trainings and document control systems.

You will maintain client test methods and specification databases, coordinate quality agreements with the legal team, support internal and regulatory audits, and prepare responses to audit findings while backing up QA activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and 3+ years in QA for pharma.
• Strong understanding of GMP and USP is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick learning of new tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1) with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Change Control Requests and ensure timely closure with owners.
• Act as site representative for trainings and document control programs.
• Maintain client test methods and specification databases; coordinate QA approvals.
• Coordinate and support audits (internal, client, regulatory) and draft audit responses.
